1 week down, 2 to go! Not much to say, let’s just get to it.
3 New Things I Am Grateful For
1. I am grateful for Halls cough drops. This illness is pretty much over, except an annoying cough. So I’m grateful for these dang things.
2. I am grateful for Computers. Seems like 90% of my day is spent on a computer. It’s how I make my livelihood, it’s where I play my favorite games, and of course it’s how I post these wonderful blogs each day. I love you PC!
Oh and colored cats. Meow!
3. I am grateful for Buffets. Like seriously, all you can eat for a set price?! If you know me and my love of unhealthy food, you know these were put on this planet for people just like me!

1 Positive Experience in the Past 24 Hours
Couple positive experiences today. One was the Minnesota Wild win in overtime! What an exciting game. Down 0-2 at one point, and won it 3-2 in overtime!
Second will be the good feeling from the random act of kindness we did today. Read about that below.
Exercise
Copying my exercise from yesterday, but adding a couple. 70 jumping jacks, 40 sit-ups, and 30 push ups today. I also threw in 20 jumping pull ups. It’s like a pull up, but you get to jump a little to help with it 😉
Meditate
Have not heard back from the meditation guru my friend recommended. I’m going with my 15 minute attempt again.
Random Act of Kindness
We paid it forward today. Eating at our new favorite restaurant, Red Moon Chinese Cafe, and near the end of our meal I texted Nikki. Just texted asking who we should pay it forward to. She and I both agreed pretty quickly who it was going to be. A rather confused lady sitting at the table just next to ours. She was the perfect candidate for our first time paying it forward. I hope it made her day and she kept it going!
